Hieronder zijn de stappen uitgewerkt voor een succesvolle deelname als exposant aan het event. De belangrijkste stappen die alle exposanten moeten doorlopen zijn:
De overige te doorlopen stappen zijn natuurlijk ook belangrijk. Hoe beter de stappen doorlopen worden hoe effectiever je deelname. Het lijkt heel wat, het kost echter een fractie van de tijd die je normaal voor deelname aan een vakbeurs kwijt bent!
Available immediately after booking
After confirming your participation in the event, you will be added as a user / participant to the website. This allows you to edit your stand profile on the website, to manage meetings online, invite relations and more.
Deadline: 4 weeks after booking.
N.B. For exhibitors who book a stand 6 weeks prior to the event, the deadline is 1 week after booking.
If this deadline is not met, an extra service charge will be required.
Above the meeting point, a banner (200 cm x 150 cm) will display your company presentation. We will take care of the production, after we receive the draft from you. The draft should not only contain the company logo, but also a short introduction or description of your company. Examples of efficient and less efficient banners can be found at the bottom of the page.
The company introduction needs to be provided as a PDF file.
Deadline: immediately after booking
As an extra service to our participants (and of course visitors), we provide an online appointment system. Your participant profile lets you manage your availability for appointments during the event, after which our visitors can go online and make appointments with you during the fair.
Only after you’ve activated the appointment schedule, website visitors will be able to see the ‘Make an appointment’ button on your participant profile. So make sure you have fully completed all meeting settings of your participant profile; only then will the ‘Make an appointment’ button appear..
Deadline: 2 weeks before the fair.
